You Feel Me?

When I was in 3rd grade we were asked to write a letter to the POTUS. I recently came across this letter and noticed the little edit that my teacher decided to add in red. I don’t know if to be mad at the teacher for trying to force her political views on me, or to thank her for trying to open my eyes at such an early age…

I tried so hard to catch this with my crappy phone cam, so I gave up and researched it instead. Apparently Mars is pairing up with the half moon tonight. If you look out, you’ll notice a bright star directly above the moon (or somewhere nearby, depending on your location.)
Research shows that more people die from stroke or heart attack between 9 am and 11 am on Monday morning than at any other time in the week, the direct result of work-related psychological and physical factors which lead to a significant effect of stress during this time.
Hint: If you’d rather die than go to work, you may be in the wrong line of business.
I applaud whoever made this for their creativity. Time to meme outside the box…..
Someone planted tulips in potholes in Kolomiya, Ukraine as a protest against road conditions. I love this idea!
My favorite Humans of New York thread in a while. I probably had a little too much fun with this one. #MusicHumor #PunsRule
I’ve been going through old “public domain” photographs for some stuff I’m working on and i have to say it’s been a trip. There’s something very surreal about looking at all these people throughout our history, what they were doing, what they were wearing, in what surroundings they were in, what they were thinking and feeling. And then to realize that all these people have since vanished into thin air and all that’s left of them are some black & white Kodak moments for me to practice my newly-discovered photo colorization skills. You seriously start questioning what the hell this life is all about, why we are here, why THEY were here, and you look into their eyes and wonder if they asked themselves the same existential questions… Anyway yeah, it’s been a trip. 🙂

So… This is a “Starseed Self-Portrait” of myself, hand-painted by the lovely and talented Ashley Ruiz at Airis Illustrations. Out of this world, right? 😉
Now this is my kind of restaurant… 😉
